Each and every person needs a safe space to explore, create, unlock, move through, open doors and start to take control of their lives and we at Kiddirama can offer that.
Our Approach
We utilize a wide range of games and exercises, which include CBT , Drama and Movement Therapy, plus lots and lots of stories, to help explore the many challenges individuals now face.

Why Worry?
Worry can affect anyone and everyone. It is a completely normal human feeling. It can also prove really helpful in motivating us to solve problems and take action.
Getting in the way
We use story, drama and games to help explore the kind of worry that gets in the way. Making simple tasks seem difficult and difficult tasks feel impossible to deal with, causing untold stress and anxiety.

Whilst we do not take the place of therapy, Kiddirama can introduce you to a set of skills and help you work through a number of strategies and techniques in the treatment of anxiety.
